Fair play
Every round is decided on the server from three things: a server seed, your client seed and a counter (the nonce). Before you play, you see the SHA-256 hash of the server seed, so it can't change after you bet.
When you rotate your seeds, the old server seed is revealed. Any round drawn from it can then be replayed here, card by card and roll by roll, and must match what you saw.
Settled rounds are also folded into receipt checkpoints that are anchored where anyone can read them. Each round's receipt can be checked against its checkpoint.
